OUR TEAM
Executive Producer - Rini Susanti
Rini loves a challenge and is known for her charm and tenacity, always keen to explore innovative solutions to the challenges that confront us. She work in post-production and advertising before becoming Executive Producer of Renaissance Films in 1996 working in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia. In 2000 Rini immigrated to Australia and continued working in public relations and film production returning to Indonesia in 2003 as a founding partner and Executive Producer in Kemistry. She graduated from The London School of Public Relations.
Executive Producer & Managing Partner - David Hewitt
David’s is an AFTRS filmschool graduate with an extensive background in advertising, film & television production having worked as an editor for Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) and Special Broadcasting Service (SBS) television networks in Australia, ITV in London and on many award wining documentaries and films. He has worked as a post-production supervisor and visual effects producer on sequences for feature films like Lord of The Rings, Inspector Gadget II and The Quiet American and as a director and producer of TV Commercial and corporate films in Asia. David graduated with an MBA - Master of Business Administration - Major in International Marketing, Charles Strut University, Australia, and a Graduate Diploma of Arts (Film & Television), AFTRS Australia Film Television and Radio School, Sydney, Australia.
Executive Producer - Rori Syarif Hidayat
Rori is a highly creative individual with a keen interest in the world of street photography and film buff.
Armed with over 12 years experience in advertising agencies, having served as TV Producer at Dentsu Young & Rubicam as well as Associate Production Director at DM Pratama Communications, Rori decided to join Kemistry Productions in 2008 as Executive Producer. He enjoys producing commercials work.
Rori is a Dutch literature graduate from the University of Indonesia and completed his skill in film production at New York Film Academy, New York, USA.
Director - Putra Arradin
After being lauded by media magazine Cakram as one of Indonesia’s 5 best young directors, Putra has been busy developing his craft on a number of challenging projects. His passionate and skillful approach to character development produces strong, emotive performance-based work, balancing subtly and sensitivity with wit and charm, which is perhaps why creative teams enjoy working with him.
His background as an AD with award winning directors and time spent studying overseas provide him with a unique perspective that allows his work to shine. Capturing the right mood and setting is important to Putra.
Putra graduated with Mastes of Media Management majoring in Political Science from Curtin University of Technology, Perth, Australia. He also holds a Graduate Diploma of Film and Television from Curtin University of Technology, Perth, Australia and a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in International Marketing from Edith Cowan University, Perth, Australia
